Lyndi Sales, born 1973, studied at the University of Cape Town where she completed both her BA and MA studies in Fine Arts with distinction. She has exhibited regularly since graduating in solo and group exhibitions, both locally and internationally. Sales has also received a number of awards and scholarships, and is represented in an array of corporate and private collections.

She commonly works with paper and found objects.The paper that she uses is mostly hand-made, incorporating various printmaking techniques as well as intricate cutting methodologies to construct large-scale installations and surreal landscapes.
